How Digi Web Works uses information you share through our website and client workspace, including Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 connections.

When you contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, business contact information and enquiry. A client workspace contains account details and the work your team and our staff record there, including tasks, messages, approvals, leads, reports and uploaded files.
Connected Google accounts
Only a signed-in client can start the Google connection. Google asks that client to consent to read-only Search Console and Analytics access. We list the sites and GA4 properties available to that Google account; the client then chooses exactly which properties to add to their Digi Web Works workspace.
For selected properties, we retrieve Search Console clicks, impressions, queries and pages, and GA4 users, sessions, page views and traffic channels. We display these figures in the client workspace and to staff assigned to that client, with agency administrators able to oversee the account. We use the data to provide the requested reporting service. We do not use connected Google data for advertising targeting or to train AI models.
Our server stores the selected property identifiers, monthly report snapshots and an encrypted Google refresh token so the client and assigned team can refresh reports. Staff cannot connect a Google account on a client’s behalf.
How we use and protect information
We use submitted details to respond to enquiries and deliver contracted services. The workspace uses role-based access so clients see their own accounts and assigned staff see the clients they work on. The website and workspace use HTTPS. Our application is hosted on AWS infrastructure.
Disconnecting and deletion
A client can remove a Search Console site or GA4 property from the workspace. Removing a property deletes its live stored connection, token and report snapshots for that property. A client can also revoke Digi Web Works access from their Google Account permissions. For other workspace records or an account deletion request, contact us using the address below; we will handle requests in line with applicable obligations.
